Professionals  ,doctors ,say a person with m.e CAN NOT DIE FROM IT..i disagree very very much.lately m.e. is making ME very afraid very 

scarey.whole body is very effected to the effected you can not stand let alone sit.i feel very very strongly that any body with m.e. can and do

die from m.e,i feel so very alone with having m.e. i do ONE THING like say shopping .get home I AM FAST A SLEEP FOR 2 --TO THREE 

HOURS  A DAY THIS IS..it is not over when i w\ke up .very very dizzy,.i am getting more and more frieghtened of m.e ,think if there is a god

how could god be SO VERY ..UN..KIND.,MOST TIMES m.e. i fear for my own safety..i have found it HELPS A GREAT DEAL TOO have a 

really good cry,.very very often i think there are people who are a lot worsor than what i am .they need a lot lot more help than i do .BUT., VERY

LATELY NOTHING HAS HELPED ME..my ableness... willingness ..is getting ,less and less.very very very FEARFUL of ending up in a wheel

chair..NEVER ,NEVER making it out of the wheel chair EVER AGAIN.every day i push my self too near collapse.,belive me it has come close

PEOPLE...DO,..NOT SEE THE EVERY DAY EFFECTS OF M.E.i CAN NOT work feel terrible just on this subject alone for my own family .

i would love too work//earn like most people ..even if it was fifty or thirty pounds a week.,

very soon i will be doing guest chats with different people ,all these have autism//aspergers in common .like MY FATHER i will be

asking questions .a mum who has a son with autism.at the moment this depends on WHEN as I have just been diagnosed with

Carpol Tunnel ,.i have too have weekly injections close too my wrists .i have started writing out the questions  i will be asking my

guests.and it will happen.

trichotillomania ,is the following.

skin picking,scratching,pulling out hair, any body hair like say pubic hair ,nail biting,rocking,noise,jumping,stress,

antiexty,a few other things MORE THAN LATELY it has been very very bad for me...skin picking,nail biting,scratching

i will do these until i am RED RARE ,a few times it has been pulling out hair,mostly for me it is skin picking all over

until it is very red like a beetroot .. no skin there ,bleeding.has no happened for a while.BUT ,when it does it goes too

exstremes for me includeing pulling out pubic hair OFTEN... i much prefer NO HAIR THERE ,.feel so much calmer.

very very often I AM NOT AWARE I AM DOING THIS UNTIL IT IS  TOO LATE ,.it does get scarey,.rare i feel pain UNLESS

i have gone to far like bleeding..BUT I DO FEEL BETTER ,.after when it is over.,

Every body is very beautiful very attractive .but ,BUT LADY adults who have asperger syndrome are so amazing they have stars of there very

own .beauty THAT IS LIKE NO OTHER..i have met different ladies who have aspergers ,another thing i will say is these ladies who have aspergers

are a lot lot more SENSIBLE than what MOST PEOPLE ARE ..a lot more ,there beauty is like built in .i think it is a price of having asperger 

syndrome.,it is sort of like i think there is a UN found gene  research has NOT found yet.make up THEY do NOT need .very UNSEEN  beauty

that is NOT seen in any others .cheeks can be so rosy.,beauty just falls from them it is so very STUNNING.very Amazing .there eyes really beam

it is a very UN  for seen beauty.i think they are born with this .as they get older the more beauty  SHINES.,too be a lady with aspergers is having

your very own star shining brighter than MOST DO.  models all ways beutiful .ASPERGERS//LADIES so so very much more beautiful ans 

stunning.and to go with it a lot more sensible than most people are.

i have nothing against gay people men and ladies , i really would not mind haveing a gay person for a friend .would be very good 

reason i am talking about  Gay people 

aspergers and being gay  PEOPLES VIEWS .they really do stink .as if things are not confuseing enough for people with aspergers 

Lately i have heard PEOPLE talking ,PEOPLE ...THINK.. no proof, peoples VIEWS  ,that when a boy or girl ///   man or lady 

when THEY have A spergers  age does not matter. When they have aspergers that person With Aspergers will  GROW UP BEING GAY

NORMAl people really do try too pile it up for people with Aspergers .how silly //stupid is this view .i am aware of a lot ladies and men who 

have aspergers and ARE NOT...NOT,GAY, i have aspergers i am married to TABITHA .15 YEARS.  i am NOT  Gay.next thing is THESE PEOPLE

will be SAYING if you have Aspergers THAT PERSON IS,..BI-SEXUAL..really is getting out of order PEOPLES VIEWS ON ASPERGERS ,just 

because say I HAVE ASPERGERS .it does not..NOT ,make  me Gay,

during the past say three years there has been films ABOUT asperger syndrome .

well two films i can think of one of them a Animated film .william and mary I THINK IT IS CALLED 

the second film.  ..ADAM , this is a american film.VERY VERY SADLY .it was made ok .gave PEOPLE a good insite

but ,and very very big BUT haveing Aspergers MYSELF .i am NOT keen on the film .FIRST IT IS American .they all ways 

go OVER THE TOP IN FILMS,the second reason is,IN THIS FILM being American it was trying TOO PROVE PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF 

and lot of  OTHERS the we US who have Aspergers are NOT and i say NOT capable of  LOVE haveing GIRLFRIEND//BOYFRIEND

getting MARRIED ,haveing CHILDREN OF OUR VERY OWN ..and yet look at  me . this year married 15 years .we have two boys and

our Daughter .when our Daughter was born .I CUT HER CORD ,how RARE is this for ANY DISABILITY.because it was america film they

went  a bridge to many .I AM PROOF THEY ARE VERY WRONG and others who have aspergers

problems,.

Anorexic ,trichotillo skin pinching scratching all very badly ,body dysmorphia ,mucophilia .Snot ,bladder //bowel problems ..they have a very 

very big ever lasting effect  all these do on my life .PEOPLE MAKE THEM A MILLION TIMES WORSOR..laughing calling very bad  names 

PEOPLE do NOT see understand aware of INVISIBLE DISABILITIES .with bladder and bowel problems i very often have nappy rash and

ALL WAYS have too wear ADULT nappies.BEWARE  WHO EVER READS ,I DARE TALK ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS..and if it HELPS other

people i will talk a lot more ..all so it effects MY FAMILY .Peoples ATTITUDES puts me in the bracket with Criminals ,Peoples Views .and yet

what do i do so very WRONG TO ANY BODY. being a disabled person ANY DISABILITY IS TREATED very very much like this ..not too mention 

having M.E in its self  very difficult.

really really have such a knack of P  ... me off ,far to often as well.

when ever i talk to anther person like in the street, telephone or on the internet  I ALLWAYS ask THEM .how they are.what they are doing .

how family are..YET,IT IS VERY VERY RARE  ..I  and my family get any of this back FROM ANY BODY.i think it would be a very big  shock 

and i mean shock if people did.it is one thing to treat myself and Tabitha like it.BUT ,OUR CHILDREN.how low can people get.

1.meltdowns are like sex ,a total pleasure

2..aspergers and meltdowns very part of each other

3.it does help a lot EVEN MORE SO FOR ADULTS. too have a meltdown and a really good cry

4.meltdowns happen over 3 times a week,after a melt down YOU feel so much bettter.

5.meltdowns are SUPPOSED too happen 

6;when a meltdown happens it is like you are in a different planet.

7.do NOT try to go against the meltdowns.turn nasty.

8.lets say i am at home..happy ,with my family playing..for NO reason at all .i do get very very upset .start crying. in tears.i can not see the reason

why,how it happened

9.meltdowns happen for a REASON

10.meltdowns are very very very EMOTIONAL.

11. i think that in time RESEARCH will SHOW why ..how meltdowns happen

12.i think Anxety has a lot too do with meltdowns

13.melt downs are a GOOD THING too happen.

i can do the following

smile,laugh,joke,cry,happy sad ,angry,these faces i can tell, often i can see a persons view 50//50 ,BUT PEOPLE DO NOT FROM MY VEIW,

i can say i love you too my wife and children.i can really have a very big disagrement with some body  and win.. i can see right from wrong .

haveing just said a few of these things.. BUT,WAIT A COCKIN PICKIN MIN HERE .in the very early 90S i was DIAGNOSED with asperger 

syndrome .RESEARCHERS..PROFESSORS they SAY that PEOPLE who have aspergers syndrome are NOT...,NOT ,,ABLE TOO TELL THESE

DIFFERENCES.. that i have just said..so researchers  ,professors what have you got too say for your selfs. WE CAN TELL THESE 

DIFFERENCES ..does take a lot time and can take a lot years too tell the diferences ,.

anther thing i am going to talk about is again ..universities,researchers,professors.,REALLY NEED TOO PULL THERE FINGERS OUT 

these days there is a lot lot lot DIFFERENT RESEARCH happening .SOME UNIVERSITIES ..DO NOT,..DO NOT ,HAVE NEWSLETTERS 

keep uptodate on research .THEY DO NOT..NOT ,HAVE A LIST WARE NAMES CAN BE PUT TOO TAKE PART IN FUTURE RESEARCH .come too

think of it they do NOT say HOW TO TAKE PART IN RESEARCH //WHAT HAPPENS//WHO TO CONTACT,all of these views NEED TO CHANGE
