well the other month i was all so Diagnosed with ,FIBROMYALGIA  .. i have told only a few people .i could not get up out of the chair when i was 

told.THINK IT WAS SHOCK..it is my birthday this friday 12 .will be 58 years old  .WHAT A ..UNKIND ..Birthday to be given .THERE IS MORE 

SAD NEWS ...I HAVE NOT TOLD ANY BODY .at the hospital appointment i was told  MY LEFT SIDE HAS GREAT DEAL PAIN .FOR PAIN IT

i am a very Hated .Disliked person. all ways asking how other people are .NEVER get that back Laughed at .Talked about

i ADORE  being nude /naked  very very much  EVEN MORE SO BEING  DISABLED .. ther is  NOTHING around for  ANY Disability  

being nude /naked WHY BECAUSE OUR BODIES ARE ..DIFFERENT..for myself  because i have Aspergers and M.E  .being nude/naked  

HELPS A GREAT GREAT DEAL ..  Anxiety .Panic Attacts  ..Melt downs   SENSORY ISSUES   and Migraines  have SLOWED DOWN

there will all ways be a tomorrow .BUT  nothing is for ever

all ways think of TODAY  ..not yesterday not tomorrow  .will help a lot with Anxiety  ..melt downs 

be NAKED /NUDE  as much as POSSIBLE   .i enjoy this SO MUCH  . even more so BEING Disabled  because OUR BODIES 

ARE SO CALLED ..DIFFERENT .. 

go find /seek  YOUR sexuality  /sex education even more so being Disabled  our BODIES  are ...

YESTERDAY  i come CLOSE  to  Collapse  /passing out with the AMONT  OF PAIN . people never  see the every day EFFECTS

was given BAD news at the hospital appointment yesterday  .will have BIG IMPACT  ver bad impack on my life  .spealist  said more than likely 

i will need a Operation . i am not saying any thing else  .,TOO UPSET  ..it is bad enough being disabled  .only being able  to do few things 

the MORE THAN DISABLED  it gets less and less able-ness  .since christmas i have been in a GREAT DEAL MORE  PAIN  than any thing

BODY ISSUES..Bladder/Bowel Problems 

I,Have Aspergers ..M.e.IBS..as a child i was Abused  ALL THESE VERY VERY COMMON WITH Bladder/Bowel problems .I HAVE BOTH..i am 

NOT Afraid too say or talk about them.they are very REAL  no way a Fetish .i am aware some people do,.i go to the toilet like any body else does 

NEVER BEEN ABLE TOO GO ..EVERY BODY HAS Urine ..Shit ..Snot come out of them .for some like my self and otheres .WE ARE UN-AWARE

yesterday went too town  with my wonderful WIFE .in constant pain  .a few times i nearly ened  up  on the PAVEMENT  .would found  it so 

difficult  too get up had i fallen, come close too ..people was stairing  SHOULD BE ASHAMED  OF THEM SELFS ..if i went around with  a BUCKET 

it would not  help NEVER offer Help  .what people do do is call me Snot Box or Snot Face  .it has been FLOODING out .very very RUNN...
