few days ago i was talking about my doctors appointment .THEN   the next day  THUNDER HIT ME   ..i Remembered  that  NEXT MONDAY 

20 th  Janu  i  have a Hospital Appointment  oooh NO  .it is going to be BAD NEWS  .new tablets i started  are NOT HELPING .I AM IN  Lot 

more Pain .walking down the stairs  i have too walk down SIDE WAYS  .my Allergies  gotten a lot Worsor  .if i FALL  any time been told  see a 

nurse right away or Hospital  .it is a great great deal Worsor  when you are all ready Disabled  ..as there is Less that person can do ..BUT  

other health issues come a long  LONG LIST THAT PERSON IS NOT ABLE TOO DO .,I, am Alive ..my WONDERFUL  WIFE Tabitha  is coming 

with me to the Hospital Appointment  on the 20 th .it is  11.45 morning i think ..SO NOT LOOKING Forward  too this

very very UN-Happy   ..really ILL  just TRYING too stand  i am back on the Chair .went too  the Doctors YESTERDAY  with Tabitha .WOULD  NOT 

HAVE GONE ON MY OWN..my Health  is shooting DOWN HILL   a great great  deal .yesterday i was Diagnosed  with some thing  else .means 

a GREAT DEAL MORE PAIN  .have to be a lot lot more careful  .people never see the every day effects . i think Tabitha has put  some thing on 

Face Book  about this .it is BAD ENOUGH BEING  DISABLED  with out  it making  you great deal   MORE Disabled ..today  i start NEW Tablets 

then thursday  i think it is back to the Doctors ..how UN-Kind  how very very CRUEL ..i am very well HATED  every thing  every one .Pain  has been 

getting  a lot worsor when this happens it HELPS me a great great deal too have a really  good Cry  and Runny Snotty Nose .this helps  ME  soi 

Much ., Tabitha  is getting more and more WORRIED  About me .i just say i am ok /very fine ...i have NOT Replied  to Any E.mails  for  a while 

my Allergies have gotten a lot WORSOR  list goes on  ., my health issues i  am finding more and more DEGRADING . i am getting  a lot lot lot 

more UPSET with MYSELF  .a very very very BIG,FAILOR  OF A DISATER OF A BODY ,

Migraines  very nausea  then i am Vomiting  all over .i have tryed all sorts of tablets /medicine .NO Help  .few times making it Worsor 

5 migraines a day  depending how painful to  me Vomiting .this can be twice  a day 

M.E,..Chronic Fatique  .my chest is blocked very often  very nausea  then i am Vomiting all over  .i tryed all sorts of tablets /medicine .NO Help

few times  making it  worsor .this can happen  3 times  a day  .

THEN I HAVE Emetophobia ..FEAR OF VOMITING  

Panic /Melt down .i am so pleased so happy when Vomiting is OVER/FINISHED  .it takes a lot  my Energy AWAY ..

with this issue it can be the Colour .how Runny sick is  how Lumppy  sick is .how Thick sick is  .Every day effecting .people never see 

the EVERY DAY EFFECTS ..i  have NO Warning  very RARE i can make it too a Loo/Toilet  PEOPLE Stair .Laugh .very BAD JOKE about it

HOW WOULD THEY COPE ..my Weight is ALLWAYS  well DOWN.,i find Fear of Vomiting  a lot lot WORSOR than  Migraines  or M.E . 

it is bad enough having  these health issues WITH OUT  Peoples very very BAD views/judgements

how Amazing Santa is ..VERY VERY Amazing  .my Favourite  person  .in the town here ware i live people call  me MR SANTA  OR 

MR ,CHRISTMAS ...so very wonderful December is ..Christmas should be TWICE A YEAR ., Tomorrow CHRISTMAS DAY  ..

from top too toe i am COVERED IN Christmas CLOTHES  ..very very FANTASTIC  ..my friend David  from France thinks very DIFFERENT  

He will be reading this . Ware is our Snow Ball  fight  .. santa is so smart ..JUST LIKE ME ..very so sad NO Snow for  Tomorrow  being 

Christmas Day  .has Not happened for lot years ,it is what christmas is MISSING  .,i got christmas hat on   . on top  is like  a  Snow ball  and 

INSIDE  is a BELL    .. i love  shaking it about

we are in DECEMBER ..had a e.mail from a friend   DAVID H  who is from France  .telling me there is SNOW there ..i said how very sad i am not 

there .if i was we would have Snow Ball Fight 

such a DIFFERENT time of the year for   FOOD AND DRINK  ..soo tasty ., Mullied Wine .. all family meal TOGETHER ., what a filling  meal 

too have , wonderful food .drink while eating see wonderful snow out side  ON CHRISTMAS DAY  ..AND Christmas  NUMBER ONE IN THE 

CHARTS ...very very RARE  it has not happened for some time ..Sacsumas  i love ,

OUR TREE .DECORATIONS  UP OVER ONE WEEK AGO  ..fantastic  what a good  COLOUR  christmas  trees  are BEST TIME OF THE 

YEAR ,,should be TWICE A YEAR  ..love seeing the chritmas Fairy bright lights  around the tree .BRIGHTENS IT UP GREAT DEAL  .

my FRIEND .DAVID H  has not   got  NOTHING CHRISTMASY  YET  .shame on YOU .ooh yes he will be reading this i ADORE EVERY THING / 

ANY THING CHRISTMAS ..ware would children be with out christmas .OK  FAIR ENOUGH I AM ADULT ..i am EXSPECTING  a e.mail  from 

my friend David h too say .. he has got christmas cards writting them out .his christmas tree is up  decorations are up  .YOU have written out

How very very Amazing they BOTH are .and so very very RARE  .i  often go out in the Evenings  go get our Family a take a way., all ways 

all ways LOOK UP .i , have a star up there OOH YES .it Hides .in the past couple years it has been getting a LOT BRIGHTER  .too think  that 

there are other Planets  BUT OURS   unlike any other  Stairs high up there .then on the ground Wonderful SNOW  Crispy ..Watery .Cold

UP  christmas TREE is UP ..i have had my Christmas T-SHIRT -TOPS ..SOCKS on  LAST MONTH  i started wearing these .CHRIST MAS 

FILMS AND CHRISTMAS MUSIC I AM CLUED TOO .these i put on  LAST MONTH  .look forward great deal too building snow men with OUR 

CHILDREN  . started Muled Wine Last Month  and Sacsumas Months AGO ., i soo so LOOK FOEWARD TOO THIS

the Stars shine so much Brighter ..the smoothness of the crinckley  snow .EACH YEAR  hoping looking forward  too WHAT HAS NOT HAPPENED
