my Allergies are all HIGH .Asthma,Hayfever and Migraines .with migraines my trouble is when i get them .VERY OFTEN .i all ways end up

55 years old today 

any body NOBODY saying happy birthday .again Normal people NOT showing so called Emphany too autism/aspergers

YET,..WE,..say happy birthday how you .what have you been doing ,I AM SO VERY PROUD I AM NOT...NOT,NORMAL.i, would

be far far to ashamed and disgusted .it is Normal people who come up with the word Emphany .it is these very people who use it

AGAINST USit is very very RARE any body says to me /// happy birthday or how are you .what have ...

been taking part in TWO  researchs .made a friend .SO VERY RARE .i have got HER into taking part in research 

so very well done me.very very sadly in two weeks time it is MY birthday .will be,55 years old

hot weather i have been full of migraines and  soaked in snotty noses .,people never see the every day effects 

our youngest son Alfie is 2 years old .running about.very very chatty

BOTH ,very sadly are VERY VERY common with AUTISM AND Aspergers .VERY COMMON ..how ever and a very very big but here

is that with AUTISM AND aspergers .WE DO TALK TOO OUR SELFS VERY VERY VERY OFTEN .,one issue why we talk to our selfs is

we feel a very very DIFFERENT KIND OF A LONE -NESS .,so by talking to OUR SELFS .we keep this A LONE-NESS  at a very far 

DISTANCE as we can .not only that but talking too ourselfs for US with Autism/Aspergers it is COMPANY ..our O...

degraded,disgusting.dirty,EVERY BODY IS BEAUTYFUL ,what ever size.shape .i do think NUDITY would help .even more so from FAMILY.

they see what that persons body looks like .size.shape .BELONGS TOO YOU.ware as with eating disoders YOU feel YOUR body does NOT

Bulimea,Anorexic ALL very very common with Abuse/Bullying Aspergers/Autism and more EVERY DAY EFFECTS

Vomiting ,Throwing up ,,,MOST DAYS AND 6 TIMES A DAY MORE THAN,when i  did this I SEE Sick...vomit i felt so so much better.LIKE A 

NEW PERSON .it got like it WAS ENJOYABLE .took away all the hurt/pain  .these days i do NOT make myself sick .DO NOT HAVE TOO .

because i have m.e,. my chest is blocked often Anxiety /Panic at...

Any body has a disagreement .arguement it is fine WAIT WAIT .Autism /Asperger it is Meltdowns YET they are the same

i think that Adult Meltdowns should be under say ..../self-harm/  we are UN -AWARE it has happened until the melt down is 

FINISHED/OVER .in that time we would pulled our hair our ,bitten/scratched our selfs..not just a little .A LOT.slapped our face

go for our selfs what ever way we can .i have said a few BUT there are MORE ways,just very very UN-AWA...
