TWO things i find MOST DIFFICULT  having Aspergers  

1,Emotions ..i be sat watching a film or a programme and within a few mins i will be sat there Crying Heavy snot running down my cheeks  .

and i can not see why/when /how  NOBODY UPSET ME  .nobody  said did any thing wrong .the film or television priogramme i watched 

was NOT upsetting .YET THIS WILL Happen a few times a day 7 days a week...IT DOES HELP ME TOO HAVE A GOOD CRY  i can be  

sat reading a newspaper or magazine WITH IN a few mins i will   be crying ANY TIME .ANY WARE .if i try too hold back then it  makes it 

a gret deal worsor .i am finding it so much better to have a good  cry few times a day much better tham having Melt downs 

2.Peoples views/judgements 

as time goes on my hands i come close too having around peoples necks  .i have m.e  ..ibs..migraines .Asthma.Hayfever Arthritis ,

Carpol tunnel syndrome  ..BOTH Bladder and Bowel problems and the list goes on health issues .WELL IT IS ..NOT ..HAVING THESE ISSUES 

the biggest problem/issue  is ..PEOPLE ..YES ,..PEOPLE ..WHO MAKE IT A MILLION TIMES WORSOR  not a little worsor  ,A MILLON TIMES

WORSOR .people turning  bad jokers  name calling .YET HOW WOULD THESE PEOPLE COPE .,DEAL WITH THESE HEALTH ISSUES 

7 DAYS A WEEK.some my health issues are very private BODY ISSUES

EVERY TIME  normal people  USE  AGAINST  Autism/.Aspergers  like being Rude  ..it is like NORMAL PEOPLE  ARE THAT..STUPID ..

THEY  think that  STANDING OR TALKING  to any person who has  Aspergers  .THEN THEY WILL  CATCH IT  .

i think that  child sexual abuse is taken for GRANTED and people have FORGOTTEN  it is CHILDREN this is being  done too  ALL SO BECAUSE

BABIES  give Birth  very very often HEAR Mums say Pain  is like NO..OTHER .. Pain is there in years too come ..THIS IS VERY VERY  SAME PAIN 

AS SEXUAL ABUSE IS .....our Body  is WRECKED  Scares are EMPRINTED ..Sexuality is Wrecked  ..abused by DIFFERENT ADULTS  

seeing MYSELF as BI-Sexual .what is /was it like too be a Virgin  TAKE FROM ME .what is/was  it like too sit on the Toilet  have a  Wee /Shit 

like MOST People are ABLE TOO ..what is it like ...NOT... to be Able too HAVE TO WEAR A ADULT NAPPY  7 DAYS A WEEK ..people  take 

FAR TOO MUCH FOR GRANTED ..NOT only that  but BECAUSE THES ISSUES ,then  i get /have Bullying like Name CALLING ..

PissPot  Nappy Wearer  OR  Snot-Face due too very bad Hay Fever ..TOO ME it is NOT having these Problms/issues .TOP OF THE LIST .1000

Aspergers /Autism  very very common BEING THIRSTY .well it is like being in a DESERT ..dry lips  dry throat dry mouth .NO .RESEARCH  

HAS BEEN DONE .yet it is so EFFECTING  .it is that dry  chokes you .wakes you up in the night .it makes Swallowing  very Difficult ..

well it is EASY being Sick  than trying too swallow .even trying too Talk id Difficult 

WHAT HELPS ME 

things out of the FREZZER /frozen LIKE ice lollies VERY OFTEN I WILL HAVE ONE WHOLE PACK ICE LOLIES .just too take some of the 

DRYNESS AWAY . i will put a can fizzy drink in the FREZZER  until it is ICE  ..Pure Juices  Orange or Pine apple are the best  WITH  AT LEAST 

FIVE ICE CUBES IN THE DRINK 

Holland and Barrett ,SULA  SWEETS .note Suger Free  .FRUIT MIX  is best one .there are Different Flavours in the Fruit Mix  packet  

it is Orange and Lemon .what i do is take one orange and one Lemon put the in my mouth Same Time  .MORE Flavour takes AWAY  the 

Dryness .,they are SUGER FREE

i have been in research  NEW  only a few people are AWARE ..between my self one researcher from England and one researcher from America 

main researcher from England .we did THREE telephone calls  lasting one hour each .in this time  the researcher ASKED ME Questions

Sad or UN happy i am Disabled have Aspergers  and M.E ..i NEVER  feel Ashamed  or Made too fell  .LOT PEOPLE HAVE but never me ..,
