so much in common with autism//aspergers .with m.e it is like YOUR BODY IS TURNED IN SIDE OUT .every part is effected.yet because i am

NOT in a wheel chair .people see i have arms//legs but ,BUT.DO NOT SEE THE EVERY DAY EFFECTS OF M.E.,MOST DAYS i am in constant pain

i want too scream and scream.fighting 7 days a week just too stand on my own feet.i have a lot other health problems .most days i have a really good cry.THIS DOES HELP SO MUCH.i am not afraid to say.with m.e I HAVE BLADDER AND BOWEL PROBLEMS very common with  m.e 

all so really EMBARRASED //HUMILIATION soiling myself //urinateing 7 days a week .couple of times A DAY .having too wear ADULT NAPPIES 7 days a week.7 days a week having DIARROHEA  with IBS,painful ,often having TOO ASK IF A PERSON CAN HELP WIPE//CLEAN ME.very very

often runny shit DOWN MY LEGS ..and VERY OFTEN I WILL WET//SHIT MYSELF AT THE SAME TIME.i USED too be able too laugh at these 

problems .have not been able too for LONG TIME.instead i have found CRYING HELPS A GREAT DEAL.ok, i have m.e ,lot other health problems

IT IS..PEOPLE,..who make these a MILLION TIMES WORSOR .how would THEY cope //deal with say m.e 7 days a week.some ware like in a 

newspaper i was reading PEOPLE with M.E  can not die from it,WELL I THINK THIS IS VERY WRONG i think PEOPLE have and THEY DO .one of 

my very very WORST FEARS about having m.e is  BEING IN A WHEEL CHAIR ..NEVER , making it out of the wheel chair ever again.these days i 

can only do ONE THING like today i did our garden got the lawn mower out .about one hour 30 mins later i come in .15 mins later i was fast 

a sleep for 2 to 3 hours THIS IS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. IN THE AFTERNOONS .most PEOPLE do NOT see this THE EVERY DAY EFFECTS OF

M.E .
