last month .September i had a CLINIC APPOINTMENT  ..M.E. //CHRONIC FATIGUE...a few days a go i got a letter back reply about this meeting

it went fine very well.LETTER I GOT BACK COME AS A BIG SHOCK //VERY SUPRISED .and it takes a lot too shock /suprise me .

on the letter it SAYS ,.. I, WAS ON THERE ..SEVERE LIST..ooh ,my word .M.E. lately i am being so AFRAID OF /nightmare .been find it very very 

Upsetting,PEOPLE SEE a person in a wheel chair no arm or no leg.see problems they have ..PEOPLE DO NOT SEE THE EVERY DAY EFFECTS 

M.E, ///ASPERGER SYNDROME//AUTISM,..i. sat and cryed when i got the letter.I WAS NEVER AWARE .until i got the letter saying i was on there

Severe list ,.it has SET ME BACK FAIR A MOUNT.M.E IS effecting me a lot lot more than say two years a go .I AM FINDING IT REALLY SCAREY 

FRIEGHTENING ...CRYING LOT MORE OFTEN /shaking ,..last year i started ueing a walking stick.People really look//stair.YET I MAKE ..NO..

JUDGEMENTS ON THEM..PEOPLE DO TOO MY FAMILY//MYSELF most days.
