I have aspergers and M.E .from as far back as i can remember i have had bladder problems then later bowel problems .BOTH VERY COMMON WITH ASPERGERS AND .M.E. ,,,i have too wear Adult Nappies seven days a week.i am wet heavy five times a day. soiling 2 times a day .heavy,

in the past i have taken part in research for bladder///bowel problems.I HAVE THESE RESULTS.,some of the nappies i was given too test was a rip off//con .they would not hold a babies urine or shit .let alone Adults .i do NOT feel ashamed of these problems .WHY SHOULD I.but .BUT i do

feel very  very Disgusting seven days a week.it is PEOPLE who make me feel like Dirty .i have in the past had a catheter in for one year and six months .was fatastic,amazing.UNTIL CATHETER BROKE OFF INSIDE ME.most days week i get very bad sores front and back,.,i am never asked

out any ware,I TAUGHT MYSELF TOO SWIM.yes,people do see the accidents i have .laugh call very bad name .WHAT WOULD THEY DO IN MY SHOES .HOW WOULD THEY COPE.,

i am the kind person too talk about things most would NOT.hoping it helps people be more aware /understand.so People get used too it
