reading a newspaper story about ibs, irratable bowel syndrome .I, HAVE .ALONG WITH BLADDER AND BOWEL PROBLEMS

it said IBS forces sex ban ...,///embarrassing .they keep it secret.effects what close we ware..going out..ALL VERY VERY TRUE 

it is very painful.most days .bloating most days diarrhorea FLOODING OUT most days .VERY VERY VERY SHITTY .Nausea is very very

bad very often causing migraines.a few times nausea i will be Vomiting .People do NOT see the EVERY DAY EFFECTS..on top of this I 

have BOTH Bladder and BOWELL problems .and BOTH very very often HAPPEN AT THE SAME TIME .,and YES i have too wear Adult Nappies/

i am in NO Way ashamed too see this..,i have a Radar Key .so very very helpful.does make things DIFFICULT like say go out for a day .,BUT 

THEN IT IS NOT HAVING THESE PROBLEMS .,IT IS SO CALLED //NORMAL PEOPLE //WHO MAKE IT A MILLION TIMES WORSOR 

as if these health problems are as bad AS THEY ARE...RESEARCH IS VERY VERY RARE/
