my Allergies are all HIGH .Asthma,Hayfever and Migraines .with migraines my trouble is when i get them .VERY OFTEN .i all ways end up

Vomiting .BUT FEEL SO MUCH BETTER AFTER.

i have been helping parents who have children with Autiusm/Aspergers .

few e.mails from people saying  how good my blog is.SO NICE TOO HEAR .and i have been asked by a few people if i would like too do

a story on THERE BLOGS.ooh WOW. so YES.will think about what i would like to say .

this weekend we had visitors MY Arunty /UNCLE .SEE them about every 2 years .

it was my birthday then Fathers day in june .
