1mi,have Aspergers ,very very  DRY MOUTH 7 DAYS A WEEK .making Speaking/Talking difficult .and i CAN NOT REPLY instantly 

Like MOST PEOPLE can

2,i have M.E .Speaking/Talking are really difficult .often NOT being able too say what i would like too say .blurry /dizzy MOST DAYS 

I CAN NOT REPLY instanly like MOST PEOPLE can 

 like too ask these people WHAT is it like too be able TOO REPLY INSTANLY ,how would you feel if YOU was NOT able too
