was given BAD news at the hospital appointment yesterday  .will have BIG IMPACT  ver bad impack on my life  .spealist  said more than likely 

i will need a Operation . i am not saying any thing else  .,TOO UPSET  ..it is bad enough being disabled  .only being able  to do few things 

the MORE THAN DISABLED  it gets less and less able-ness  .since christmas i have been in a GREAT DEAL MORE  PAIN  than any thing 

NO-News yet of when this book i will be co=Author of  will be published yet ..I COULD DO WITH SOME GOOD NEWS ..really could
